Paws & Yoga Ventura operates in Ventura, California and hosts in-person wellness events.


1. Event Participation

All events are in-person experiences involving physical activity and interaction with animals. By registering for an event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical movement and exercise
• Interaction with puppies
• Outdoor or semi-outdoor environmental conditions

All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participation.


2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, transfers, credits, or rescheduling for missed events.

Spots are limited and secured only upon completed payment and signed waiver.


3. Breed Disclaimer

While we aim to share puppy information in advance, specific breeds are not guaranteed. Puppy availability may vary due to rescue coordination or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Age Requirements

Minors are welcome; however, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign a waiver on their behalf prior to participation.


5. Changes or Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation initiated by Paws & Yoga Ventura, participants may be offered a rescheduled date or credit at our discretion.
