Photo & Video Disclaimer

Effective Date: February 22, 2026

Paws & Yoga Ventura may photograph and/or record video during events for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

By attending a Paws & Yoga Ventura event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Photography & Videography
• During events, photos and videos may be taken that capture participants, including adults and minors.

These images may be used for:

• Website content
• Social media platforms
• Marketing materials
• Event promotion
• Email campaigns
• Press or media features

Adult Participants

By attending and participating in an event, you grant Paws & Yoga Ventura the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and video recordings in which you may appear for lawful promotional purposes without compensation.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, you must notify staff in writing at:
info@pawsandyogaventura.com
prior to the event.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion in group settings.

Minors

Minors may attend events; however, a parent or legal guardian must sign a liability waiver on their behalf prior to participation.

By signing the waiver, the parent or legal guardian also grants consent for photography and video that may include the minor participant for promotional use.

If a parent or guardian does not wish for a minor to be photographed or recorded, they must notify us in writing prior to the event.

Ownership of Media

All photographs, video recordings, and related materials are the sole property of Paws & Yoga Ventura.

Participants waive any right to inspect or approve finished media content.
